I made this in Blender as a composition exercise. The whole scene is simple primitives — cubes, spheres, one curved wood piece — stacked on a pedestal against a dark concrete wall.
The palette does most of the work: pastel pink, pale blue, and yellow against navy, with a single wood texture in the mix so the whole thing doesn't read as plastic. A few of the cubes have circular holes cut straight through them, which gives the shadows something to catch on.
The wall is a concrete texture with the formwork holes left visible. It keeps the background from going flat black without pulling attention away from the stack.

Process
Everything is built from simple shapes, with circular holes cut through a few of the cubes. The materials are matte across the board except the wood — one textured material is enough to sell the scale of the rest.
The render is a single still, lit softly so the pastel shapes stand out against the dark wall.
